The Speaker Series on January 16, 2020 will be by La Posada resident Susan Hill. Susan is not a photographer herself but has tremendous admiration for the creativity and patience of those who are and for the beauty of artful photography.
Her presentation will be "Stories of the Human Experience: The Documentary Photography of Steve McCurry."  Steve McCurry is a documentary photographer.  He seeks to bring a sense of understanding, a story of human experience to his photographs.  His photographs are of people and places that are different from ours, but they also remind us of our shared, essential humanity.
