The Arid Garden
Our Mission: To maintain a peaceful and welcoming garden demonstrating the use of native and low water plantings for the education and enjoyment of all area residents.
The park is located at 1004 W. Camino del Arrendajo, Green Valley AZ 85622, in the Desert Hills subdivision, just off Camino Encanto, in the heart of Green Valley. Entrance to this 1-acre demonstration garden is free, and the park is open to the public from dawn to dusk. You'll find several paths winding past over 600 plants, shrubs and trees, as well as shaded seating areas where you may sit and watch the many avian visitors who also enjoy the park.
Meet at the Camera Club at 2:45 PM for car pooling and depart at 3:00 PM.
