Bruce Wheeler, Photographer

November Speaker Series - 11/21/19 1:30 PM

Bruce Wheeler will be our Speaker, sharing his photographs taken between January and March 2019, in Australia, Singapore, Laos, S. Africa, Namibia, and Portugal. This was his 4th round the world trip. He used a variety of Canon bodies and lenses.

Bruce was born in Venezuela and was raised in four South American countries. He is a graduate of the University of Arizona, BA, International Relations, 1972, and has served in public office (Tucson City Council and Arizona legislature) for 16 non-consecutive years.

Since retiring as the Director of Energy Management at the Tucson Airport Authority he is spending more time traveling and photographing. See him here at Callanish Stones, erected around 2,600 BC in the Outer Hebrides, Scotland.
