You must be a Camera Club member or a guest to register.

Registration is closed

Note: To register a guest, select 1 guest at the bottom of the registration form.

Arrive @ 5:30pm – Dinner @ 6:00pm

No Early Arrivals (except for workers)

Last day to register is Monday, March 26, 2018!

The potluck is open to all Camera Club members. Each member may bring one guest.

Those attending are asked to bring a dish for 8 - 10 persons for each 2 attendees. Follow the chart below on what dish to bring. If your last name starts with:

A to J: Dessert
K to P: Hot Dish
Q to Z: Salad

*Please note: NO plug-in pots will be allowed*

Do not bring serving utensils. If bringing a dish that needs to be cut or divided, please cut at home. It is too time consuming to do this at the potluck. And the longer it takes us to get everything ready, the longer you will have to wait in the lobby. Thank You!

We realize it is both Good Friday and Passover. In response, the Camera Club will be providing mac and cheese, and chicken, instead of ham this year. You are invited (if you wish) to prepare your dish to be appropriate for one of these observances.

Disposable plates, forks, spoons & glasses will be provided. BYOB if you want something other than Water, Coffee or Tea.

LOTS of Volunteers also needed (currently have only 10). Contact Marilyn Luehrmann ML59@sbcglobal.net to volunteer for this event.

To attend this event you must be a member of GVR and the GVR Camera Club or a guest of a member.
